Dark Chocolate Brownie Recipe. Stir in sugar and vanilla until just combined. Whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, bourbon, and espresso granules into cooled chocolate-butter mixture until well combined.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Add the oil, water or coffee, and eggs, mixing until combined. Top with remaining batter, smoothing with an offset spatula.
Spread into the prepared baking pan.
Slowly stir in flour, then stir in chocolate chips.
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to chocolate mixture; beat with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until combined. Beat on low speed until combined. Add flour, vanilla and salt; blend completely.
