Gluten Free Lava Cake. In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, egg, egg yolk, Frangelico, espresso powder and salt. Mix these all the above mentioned together.
For topping, mix cocoa and sugar. In a medium sized microwavable bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Place the ramekin onto a baking tray and bring the tray into the oven.
Pour into a deep casserole dish buttered with dairy free butter.
