In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the cocoa in boiling water and whisk until you have a thick, smooth paste.
Add a dollop of frosting to the center of the cake stand. Now was the time to open these packets of gems. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until well combined.
