Dark Chocolate Banana Bread. Strain into a martini glass or coupe. Add chocolate chips and gently fold into mixture.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. In a medium sized bowl, beat butter and sugar until blended, then blend in eggs. In large bowl, mix mashed bananas with eggs, cooled melted butter, and vanilla.
Mix eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda into mixture.
On medium speed, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones, and stir with a wooden. Stir the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and optional mini chocolate chips together. I usually use shortening and dust with flour (tap the pan to get rid of excess flour.
