Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. Beat with an electric mixer on low and add melted butter, yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup. Make sure butter has cooled before adding it.
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl with a potato masher or a fork until smooth. Then add the brown sugar & stir until creamy. Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix it up until lovely and smooth.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix—just fold together until thoroughly combined.
The more ripe your bananas the more sweet and delicious this banana bread will be. In another bowl, mix together the salt, cinnamon, baking soda, powder, coconut flour, oats, and flax. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, and baking soda.
