Spread pudding in pie crust and spread to edges. This will prevent ice crystals from forming on top of the pie. Pour in milk and egg yolks, and whisk together.
Use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream on high speed until soft peaks form.
Whisk the instant pudding mix and cocoa together to remove any lumps.
Five minutes later, your pudding is soft set, and ready for its show-stopping addition to graham cracker pie crusts. Place it in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. Transfer the pudding mixture to the chocolate crust, and smooth out the top with a spatula.
