Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt chocolate and shortening in a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure strawberries are dry after being washed. Once dipped, allow the chocolate to harden and cool at room temperature before you move to the fridge.

Prepare a cookie sheet with a layer of wax paper. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Once melted, quickly, dip the clean, dry strawberries in the chocolate and immediately add desired sprinkles or decor.
